These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of perlerbeadai.com (the “Service”), a fuse bead pattern tool offering a photo-to-pattern converter and an AI pattern generator, plus paid digital products. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you create bead-by-bead patterns from your own photos or text descriptions, with color codes for popular bead brands, printable downloads, and optional paid features (subscriptions, credit packs, pattern packs, lifetime deals).
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are in the EU/EEA, you must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed at children below these ages and we do not knowingly collect their data.
4. Acceptable use
- Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.
- Do not use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property. Patterns referencing copyrighted characters are for personal, non-commercial craft use only.
- No scraping, abuse of free quotas, or attempts to bypass paid limits.
- We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms (see our DMCA Policy).
5. Payments, subscriptions, credits
- Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe; we never store card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- “Lifetime” deals mean the lifetime of the Service, not of the buyer, and are limited to the seat count stated at purchase.
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase and are non-transferable.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and content are our property. You retain all rights to photos and text you upload. Patterns you generate from your own inputs are yours to use, including for finished physical crafts you sell. Bead brand names and color systems remain the property of their respective owners (see Disclaimer).
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. On-screen colors may differ from physical beads; always verify against a physical color card before large projects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
