perlerbeadai.com (“we”) is a fuse bead pattern tool. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: [email protected].
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and password hash when you register.
- Uploaded photos: images you convert into patterns (see Section 2).
- Usage data: analytics events (pages, tool actions) collected only with your consent via our cookie banner.
- Order data: purchase records. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
2. Your photos: 24-hour deletion, never training
- Photos you upload are used only to generate your pattern.
- They are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- They are never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shared except with the processing providers needed to run the tool.
3. Cookies and consent
We use a consent banner (Complianz). Functional cookies run always; statistics and marketing cookies load only after you opt in. You can change or withdraw consent anytime via the “Manage consent” tab. EU/EEA visitors get explicit opt-in; nothing non-essential loads before consent.
4. Third-party processors
- Stripe — payments
- Cloudflare — CDN and security
- Vultr — hosting
- Brevo — email delivery (transactional and, with opt-in, newsletter)
- Google Analytics 4 — statistics, only after consent
5. Retention
- Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours.
- Account data: kept until you delete your account.
- Order records: kept as required by tax law (up to 7 years).
6. Your rights (GDPR and others)
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. EU/EEA users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
7. Children
The Service is for users 13+ (US) and 16+ (EU/EEA, or with parental consent). We do not knowingly collect data from children below these ages.
8. International transfers and changes
Data is processed on Vultr infrastructure and by the processors above, which may be outside your country; transfers rely on the providers’ safeguards (e.g. SCCs). We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
