14-day money-back guarantee
Within 14 days of purchase you may request a full refund — no questions asked — for:
- Pattern Packs (digital downloads)
- Credit packs (except credits already used — used credits are non-refundable)
- First payment of a subscription
- Lifetime deals (LTD)
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewal payments older than 14 days are not refundable, but cancellation always stops future charges.
Custom Photo Kit
The $5 deposit for a Custom Photo Kit is refundable until your kit enters production. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable; the final balance follows the 14-day rule above unless the kit was made to your confirmed specification.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your purchase email (or use your account page) with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights (including EU consumer rights for faulty digital content) are unaffected by this policy.
